Terms and Conditions of Sale

Orders

All orders to be completed on the order form provided, by telephone through Craft-Link UK, or through our web site at www.craftlink.co.uk.

Orders will be dispatched in quantities stated on the order form, given by telephone, or as stated on the website order process.

All orders completed by post, telephone, or via the website will only be complete when the customer is notified either by post or email.

Orders for 10 or more books are eligible for 30 days credit when ordered by post. All telephone or website orders must be paid for in full at the time of order by credit or debit card unless by prior arrangment with Craft-Link UK.

All telephone orders will be processed by Craft-Link UK via our website and payments processed by PAYPAL.

All information supplied will be kept confidential by Craft-Link UK and will not be disclosed to other parties except to complete payment transactions via PAYPAL.

Sale Price

The Art of Selling Your Craft is to be sold for an amount up to the cover price of £3.95 but must not be sold for an amount in excess of the cover price.

Customers found to be selling The Art of Selling Your Craft for amounts in excess of the cover price will be excluded from further orders. This is to maintain the value for money the publication represents and in the interests of fairness to all customers of Craft-Link UK.

Dispatch of Orders

All orders will be dispatched as soon as payment has cleared through the banking system and should arrive within 14 days of the order. If an order fails to arrive after 14 days, please contact Craft-Link UK.

Craft-Link UK cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of the delivery if it is accepted by an alternative individual or address or other than is stated on the order form and delivery details.

Refunds

Refunds will not be given unless the books arrive damaged or the customer has been billed incorrectly. All orders are quality and quantity checked prior to dispatch.

Refunds will not be given for unsold books and books may not be returned to Craft-Link UK for a refund in these circumstances.

Future Sales

Craft-Link UK cannot be held responsible for the success of sales of The Art of Selling Your Craft when sold on a wholesale basis. It remains the responsibility of the customer to promote and sell books purchased on this basis.

Craft-Link UK is not responsible for the refund of the purchase price to any third parties who purchase the book. It remains the responsibility of the customer making the purchase from Craft-Link UK to refund the third party in this circumstance.

Craft-Link UK cannot be held responsible for the number of individuals selling The Art of Selling Your Craft within a single event or location.
