The story so far...Since the launch of Craft-Link UK and The Art of Selling Your Craft in September 2004, demand for the publication has been unprecedented. Our own experience as craft fair organisers had long since identified a need for a book of this type, but even we were surprised with the swift and overwhelming interest from show organisers, craft retailers, associations and many individual craft workers. Customer feedback...Feedback from our customers on both their impressions of The Art of Selling Your Craft and the overall standard of service they have received from Craft-Link UK is very important to us. We actively encourage feedback in order to assess the viability of the book, plan future editions and ensure we are delivering a first class service at all times. Here are just some of the comments we have received: "A very good all-round guide to establishing a successful craft business." "I found the book to be full of common sense and well laid-out. It told me things about successful selling I hadn't even considered!" "The service on the phone was excellent. I was called back after leaving a message and made to feel that nothing was too much trouble." "Highly recommended A++." "Beginners would find this book of most benefit... but I would recommend it to anyone involved with craft as the advice is very practical." "Great book, arrived well-packaged and very quickly - thank you." "Excellent book - great service - thanks!" Thank you for taking time to read our feedback page. If you have any comments you would like to contribute and for all other general enquries, please contact us. We look forward to hearing from you. |
